We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. If you choose to ship via US Postal Service, do not require a signature - this will result in the package being returned to shipper. We are not responsible for missing packages.
